Shipping And Handling
Mainland UK - Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only using a main stream courier of our choice. All deliveries are a standard charge of £4.99 per consignment. By placing an order you are accepting the delivery charge quoted.
Guernsey or Jersey - Deliveries will command a 10% Surcharge on your total order. We will contact you after making your purchase to organise payment of this 10% Surcharge.
Scotland - There may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to the more remote locations in Scotland, please email our sales team on

The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Courier or The Royal Mail. Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered we may arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged.
Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing delivery address can cause major logistical problems resulting in time delays. Sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, in order to re-package and re-send them. Changing delivery addresses will in some circumstances be chargeable at £5.00 + VAT to cover administration costs.
Returns
On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damaged or shortage by the customer, or your approved agent at the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. Please take your time and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged.
Please do not use your product if it is damaged, as once it is used you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Delivery Schedule
TopTrenz.co.uk will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
Most items are despatched to our customers within 2-5 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late or delayed deliveries.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed and informed about any delays. You have the option to wait if you are happy to do so, or you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, the choice is yours.
Tax Charges
Top Trenz UK is not a VAT registered company therefore all other orders are VAT free.
Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.
