Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and credit card payments via PayPal (You do not require a PayPal account). If you are shopping from North America or europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from your currancy to UK pounds.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling


Mainland UK - Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only using a main stream courier of our choice. The delivery cost is calculated during the checkout process. By placing an order you are accepting the delivery charge quoted.

Guernsey or Jersey - Deliveries will command a 10% Surcharge on your total order. We will contact you after making your purchase to organise payment of this 10% Surcharge.

Scotland - There may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to the more remote locations in Scotland, please

The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Courier or The Royal Mail. Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered we may arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged.

On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damaged or shortage by the customer, or your approved agent at the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. Please take your time and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged.

Please do not use your product if it is damaged, as once it is used you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing delivery address can cause major logistical problems resulting in time delays. Sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, in order to re-package and re-send them. Changing delivery addresses will in some circumstances be chargeable at £5.00 + VAT to cover administration costs.

Delivery Schedule


TopTrenz.co.uk will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.

Most items are despatched to our customers within 2-15 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late or delayed deliveries.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed and informed about any delays. You have the option to wait if you are happy to do so, or you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, the choice is yours.

Tax Charges


Top Trenz UK is not a VAT registered company therefore all other orders are VAT free.

Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.

Proprietary Rights and Licences


All copyright in the text, graphics and layouts of this website and in all software and software compilations underlying the site is owned by Top Trenz UK Limited, trading as TopTrenz.co.uk.

You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial purposes, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its material, contents or underlying software.

Credit Card Security


We use PayPal as our payment provider, therefore no card details are sent to our website or stored on our computers. This ensures our customers have total security protection.

Guarantee


We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 month warranty.

This means if there is a quality defect that causes a product to be unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair or replace the item with an identical or equivalent new item that you accept.

This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

On receipt of the returned product, if following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. Please note that if you have, in the meantime, required us to provide you with a replacement product before completion of the testing process, you will have to pay for this product also.

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to a UK mainland address carry a specified manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. In order to resolve your problem as quickly as possible, we may refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

Privacy Policy


Top Trenz UK Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy


Please open all the boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive. You have 14 days to notify www.TopTrenz.co.uk of any intention to return a product. If we are not notified of within this time, you agree to indemnify www.TopTrenz.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 14 days. So please open all boxes and check your goods, as we really do want you to have a great shopping experience with us.

Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.

TopTrenz.co.uk cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 14 days. You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk.

The value refunded for goods returned within 14 days will be equal to the cost of the product returned less the shipping costs.
